Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review and make changes to your benefit coverage. This is the only time you can adjust your benefits during the year, unless you experience a qualifying life event, QLE details here.
This year will be a passive enrollment. This means, if you choose not to make any changes, your current medical, dental, and vision benefits will automatically roll over at the new rates.
Important Note: Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) contributions must be elected each year if you wish to continue participating.
What You Need to Know
- Medical and Dental insurance contributions will be increasing for team members, select here for details.
- Deductibles under the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) will be increasing to $3,400 for a team member and $6,800 for a Family (per IRS guidelines).
