Available to all salaried team members, the AIP is designed to motivate and reward high performance and align your work with the company’s annual priorities. Participation in the AIP is defined as a percentage of your base salary.

All Corporate Sales team members are eligible to participate in the SIP. It is intended to focus, motivate, and incentivize our Corporate Sales team in creating and sustaining profitable revenue for Monogram. Participation in the SIP is defined as a percentage of your base salary.

With the purpose of attracting and retaining hourly team members at our production facilities, the MIP recognizes hard work and provides compensation opportunities such as: sign-on bonuses; referral bonuses; holiday bonuses; and performance bonuses.
