  • Competitive Pay

    Our commitment to fair and transparent pay is central to ensuring your financial well-being. You’ll enjoy a competitive base salary benchmarked against industry standards.

  • Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)

    Available to all salaried team members, the AIP is designed to motivate and reward high performance and align your work with the company’s annual priorities. Participation in the AIP is defined as a percentage of your base salary.

  • Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)

    All Corporate Sales team members are eligible to participate in the SIP. It is intended to focus, motivate, and incentivize our Corporate Sales team in creating and sustaining profitable revenue for Monogram. Participation in the SIP is defined as a percentage of your base salary.
